Outfit warm-up
- All warm-up clothes (woolen tights, jacket, crossbody ...) must be tight fitting, close to the body (tracksuits not allowed).
- Please start classes in a suitable close-fitting outfit that allows corrections: tights, leotard, academic, slippers.
- warm clothes between sessions classes are imperative to keep your muscles warm and continue developing your flexibility.
