With 2 hours of classical ballet and 2 hours of contemporary dance at the end of the day, you can visit Brescia, Bergamo, Lake Iseo, Lake Garda, Verona, Mantua, Venice or Milan during the day.

This intensive workshop is for all those who want to flourish in their dance, exploring all the dimensions of the art of dance, both physical and spiritual. This approach links the impact on everyday life of mastering technical elements of classical ballet and contemporary dance.
The aim is to help you understand the purpose of each exercise and the best way to perform it, while respecting your physiology and keeping your vision up to date. In contemporary dance, you'll develop your expressiveness by linking your breathing to your center and vital energy.
16:00-18:00 : Contemporary dance, Martha Graham technique, with Maggie Boogaart
18:30-20:30: Classical and neo-classical dance, with Ghislain de Compreignac
