- As the level of students in each class is not always consistent, the teacher adapts the level of each classes to the students present; they can adjust the difficulty of the exercises by creating separate groups. Students accept that some exercises may not be suited to their level.

- PMDS accepts no responsibility for minors outside of the dance studios where children are with their teachers. It is the parents' responsibility to assess their degree of freedom or to accompany them to each classes.
- When a participant sustains an injury, he/she must immediately report it to the teachers so that they can help determine what is needed for immediate care (organize an ambulance, notify the family, etc.) or adapt the classes program classes the event of minor injuries.

- In the event of force majeure (an external, unforeseeable, unavoidable event) that makes it impossible to hold classes an intensive workshop, the school will endeavor to provide an alternative solution to ensure the continuity of classes.
- All dancers participating in classes that the management or any person authorized by the management (journalist, photographer, filmmaker) may take photos and videos during classes waive their image rights.
